CrossBeats Air True Wireless Bluetooth Earphones

★★★★★ There are few things I wanted from my earphones1) Well balanced music2) Truly wireless3) Good capability to take voice callsI have been looking at different products of crossbeats for a long time and the moment this was launched I took the plunge despite no reviews to take a decision. I'm happy I have bought them as it ticks all 3 of my needs and is absolutely amazing.One thing to note though, when watching videos there is a lag between the video and voice which is a common issue for all products belonging to the true wireless segment. I was fully aware of it and since it was not a requirement for me it didn't matter much.

★★★★★ What I like most about this earbug is its excellent sound quality. Before buying, I was so hesitant how a true wireless earbud would sound. But it excels my expectations. It has punchy and deep bass ( not muddy at all) with very good clarity. Very good battery back up, fit in ear well and very light. Can control everything easily- volume up/down, previous/next track etc.

★☆☆☆☆ This item is not as expected call function not working. And u can't get refund also.Product quality not good as the amount. Plz don't buy this product

★★★☆☆ I would like to break the review in parts as-Sound - Sound quality is above average and is good in its classCall - Mic was not working in my case so will update this later when I get the replaced product and one star minus for this also only one bud works while on call which is a drawback for this price segmentBattery backup - Battery backup is good in its class u get around 3 hours of backup but it starts saying low battery as soon as charge is below 40 percent which is very annoyingHeating - Yes it does gets heated very slightly which can be ignored as it is unobservableFit - gets very good fit in Ears and is good for runningBuild Quality - Build quality of buds is very average which could have been made better also build quality of adapter box is poorLag issue - Lag is very insignificant.I have not used this product very extensively as there was mic issue and had to return it.

★☆☆☆☆ The product quality is not good. I had sound problem after using for 10days. Amazon laid off their hands and told we just give 10 days replacement back warranty and crossbeats people are not responding. This is second time I have face the same issue with the crossbeat product and Amazon. I am very dissatisfied. Please do not buy the product. There is lot of surrounding sound we hear while talking and listening to music. Crossbeat customer service is awful. The product doesn’t justify the price and my money is wasted.
