I've been using this drill for about a month and here are my observations :- PROS:1) The drill has a solid build and feels good in your hands2) The drill is extremely powerful and can drill through most types of woods and metals3) The hammer action is superb and it drills easily through masonry4) The reverse action is an asset CONS:1) The Drill is pretty heavy2) The cord is a bit shortThese are my observationsSo to conclude, Its worth the money. Hope this helps 😀

** In the Box **● Drill● AuxiliaryHandle● Depth Gauge● Chuck Key● 3 Masonry Drill Bits** Finish, Build & Features **● The drill is very sturdy and feels solid● Its Orange in clour and good build-finish● Power cable is standard 2 pin plug and cable length is around 2 meters● Chuck is of 13mm● There is reverse rotation● Hammer function can be activated by a toggle switch● Drilling can be Kept On by a lock switch** Performance **● The cable is only 2 meters in length; so you defintely need extension cord● There is a rubber clench on the drill where the Chuck Key can be securely latched on when not in use● The drill bits than came along with this is of very low quality. I purchased a set of Bosch Masonry Bits and another set of Wood Bits● The Depth Gauge can be adjusted to work as a stopper while drilling to prevent from over-drilling● The speed is variable; speed increases as we apply more pressure on the trigger. If you press the lock switch with the trigger pressed down, the trigger will lock at ON position until you unlock it● The hammer function is useful while drilling on masonry or concrete● The reverse function helps to release the bit if it gets jammed inside the masonry● The vibrations are shielded to an extent; still we feel it especially while hammer drilling● There is heat produced while drilling; but that is normal. I have not yet had the need to use this continuously for more than a minute.Read more ›

Great handy household tool. I am able to do so many of those little tasks around the home that were waiting forever. I've drilled holes in a variety of materials and it has performed seamlessly. Wood is a no brainer, so is masonry. One note about concrete drilling. Its tough, especially if you encounter support beams. Even though I had the the X30Ti drill set, I had a tough time. The hammer action helps a lot, but you will need a concrete buster drill to make your life easy. Did not see the drill heat at all, though I was taking a break every 30 secs or so. All in all, a very handy and useful tool

Loved it. It has two modes for normal vs masonry(hammer). The variable speed , reverse mode are some of the more awesome features on it. Did some drilling in tiled wall, Metal sheet, Regular wall and also Wood. Worked equally brilliantly. I loved the product.

I am a professional and I prefer my tools to be the best but at a reasonable price where every bucks spent appear in my product and now as a part of drill machine there are no compromise so after lot much browsing and spending hundred MBs of data to get the best drill machine at a reasonable price I come to conclusion that called Black & Decker KR554RE 550-Watt hammer drill. But as we all know that every product has its own pros and cons. Its all good or u can say best in terms of quality durablity except the drill bits provided are very very bad but is ok there is nothing to do with drill bits as very good quality drill bits are available in the market so that not a problem. One more thing I must say I had used the product using a socket adapter to open my bike's engine oil drain nut and some other nuts and surprisingly its got opened easily with one click of the button so here u can assume how much tough is the motor of this drill because its consume much man power to open the drain nut or any nuts with hands using wrench. So guys dont think some much just go for it u will not get disappointed.
